Baking Bread with Gluten Free Mixture
350g. GLUTEN FREE MIXTURE DAMEX
280-315 ml. warm water
14g. Fresh Yeast
3.5g. Salt
1 Smaller Egg
Put the ingredients in a large bowl and beat them with an electric mixer. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for a while in a warm place. When the dough is doubled in bulk turn it into a greased and flowered loaf pan. Preheat the oven to 210˚C. Bake it for about 40-50 minutes.
