SALTY CAKE with gluten free flour
Best prepared with 

Ingridians:
- 4 eggs
- 2 coffee cupcold press sunflower oil FILLA
- 2 coffee cup yogurt
- 8 tablespoons gluten free flour – FILLA
- 7 tablespoons corn flour
- 1 packet baking powder gluten free
- 250 gr. spinach (leeks, sprouts, salt bush, nettle, cheese, mushrooms)
Method of preparation:
Combine eggs , yogurt, oil, gluten free flour and baking powder. Beat dough with an electric miwer for 5 minutes. Turn dough into a greased and floured pan. Preheat oven to 250 ºC. bake until it gets brown. Then leave it over 10 to 15 minutes at 150 ºC.
