SALTY CAKE with gluten free flour

Best prepared with

Ingridians:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 coffee cupcold press sunflower oil FILLA
  • 2 coffee cup yogurt
  • 8 tablespoons gluten free flour – FILLA
  • 7 tablespoons corn flour
  • 1 packet baking powder gluten free
  • 250 gr. spinach (leeks, sprouts, salt bush, nettle, cheese, mushrooms)
Method of preparation:

Combine eggs , yogurt, oil, gluten free flour and baking powder. Beat dough with an electric miwer for 5 minutes. Turn dough into a greased and floured pan. Preheat oven to 250 ºC. bake until it gets brown. Then leave it over 10 to 15 minutes at 150 ºC.
