INGREDIENTS
- 4-5 potatoes (washed, non-peeled)
- 2 cans of sour cream
- 200 g mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 4 eggs
- 200 g ham
- yellow cheese (kashkaval)
- pumpkin oil
PREPARATION
Boil the potatoes in salty water and grate them. Cover them with a dressing of 2 cans of sour cream, 200g mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon of mustard. Add 4 hard boiled and grated eggs and 200g of grated prosciutto on top. For decoration grate some yellow cheese.
