SALTY SNACKS with gluten free flour
Best prepared with 

Ingridians:
- 800 grams gluten free flour- FILLA
- 250 grams margarine
- 1 margarine
- 180 ml cold press sunflower oil – FILLA
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 fresh yeast (40 grams)
Method of preparation:
In a small bowl dissolve yeast in warm weather.
Add 1 teaspoon sugar, some gluten free flour FILLA and let proof. In a large bowl combine gluten free flour FILLA, yeas, oil, salt, margarine and 2 yolks
Knead dough until smooth and no longer sticky. While kneading it add sesame or caraway seeds. Shape the dough in small sticks of 10 by 1..5 sm. Ice the sticks with egg white mixture.
Preheat oven to 200 ºC. Bake them until they get brown.
