INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 yogurt 3,2% fat
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 spoon of Filla pumpkin oil
  • Fresh dill
  • salt to taste
Method of preparation:

Slice the garlic and add teaspoon of salt. Mix it all together.Dice the cucumber. Add the soured milk in a bowl along with the garlic and cucumber and mix well. Sprinkle with fresh dill and add a spoon of Filla pumpkin oil.Let it cool in the refrigerator. Preparation time of salad: 10-15 minutes.
